Takeru Kobayashi holds the world record for hot dog eating with six consecutive wins of the Nathan’s Famous hot dog-eating competition. This is an anime from Japan TV Funhouse which casts Kobayashi with Dragon Ball Z and Japanese TV. He saves the children from a burning building made of hotdogs and uses his Solomon Method (dunking hotdogs in water).
Koda Kumi - You MV
‘You’ is a maxi single from Koda Kumi which was her first ever single to hit the top spot in the weekly Oricon charts and sold 72,000 copies. It was also the first single of her project called ‘the 12 Singles Collection’ in which she released twelve singles for twelve consecutive weeks. If all twelve singles were purchased, the cases could be put together to form a bigger image of Koda.
Plen The Skating Robot Demonstration At CES 2007
Plen, the Japanese robot that could skate and even do it with one leg is showcased here at the CES 2007. You can control the little guy via your cell phone using Bluetooth and he can even get up on its own. It will cost a hefty $2000 to own this guy which is all nice for showing off to your friends.
Extremely Popular Cat In Japan
This one year old American shorthair cat called Ponta is extremely popular among the dogs at the caffee. Even as Ponta enters the caffee, all the dogs rushed to get his attention. Well you can’t please them all and Ponta finally finds comfort with Satsuki, a white female dog. How loving!

A 2000 Nescafe commercial starring Mariah Carey and Sanma Akashiya who is a Japanese TV comedian and actor. Apparently both are in a number of games where they pit against each other and Sanma Akashiya loses miserably to Mariah.

Cyril Takayama is a Japanese American illusionist and in this feat he tries to moves different kinds of objects through the table glass. At first he starts using a coin and it wasn’t so impressive but later on he uses the salt shaker and the crowd went crazy.

This is the promotional MV for Utada Hikaru’s new single Flavor Of Life which is set to be released on February 28, 2007. It is also the insert song for the second season of the popular live action Japanese drama, Hana Yori Dango. Also on January 25, 2007 it was confirmed that the ring tone for Flavor Of Life had been downloaded over 500,000 times.
